the highest revenue from their available advertising inventory, including optional security based tools that will lend credence to their site’s representation. For
advertisers, we will enable them to accomplish both brand and direct marketing objectives using our advanced display, targeted approach, and lead generation
platforms. They will also be provided with inventory transparency, so that they can exclude certain publishers. Outdoor ad spending, which is a key segment in
traditional advertising, is also an area we will be entering upon the procurement of suitable partnerships.

Our target market is two fold, consisting of businesses that spend more than $10,000 per year on advertising, both local and
international. New Horizons customers are business owners and entrepreneurs. As its primary market, New Horizons will target high-growth businesses. In the US,
there are currently 24 million small businesses and over 650,000 new firms introduced each year. Approximately 41% of small businesses are online and one in three
conduct business transactions on the Internet, representing an average of $3.79 million in annual revenues, according to the Tax Foundation (taxfoundation.org) a
nonprofit research institution. Companies are devoting more of their marketing budgets to Internet Advertising. Advertising customers are turning away from
newspapers, magazines, and television in favor of the Internet. Also, online ads now offer features traditional ads can not. Through New Horizons, marketers can see
how, and if, their ads are resulting in sales, as well as target their ads focused on location, demographics, and other refined targeting mechanisms. That will lead
to more return on investment.
Business Model:
New Horizons Advertising is a provider of Internet advertising technologies and services. Advertisers pay the Company to place their
Internet ads on third-party websites in its network and the Company shares the revenue it receives from placing those ads with the website owners, or publishers,
that provided the ad space. The Company's technologies and services, including its patent pending CPUV, Internet ad inventory transparency and reporting and
campaign management tools are designed to improve the effectiveness of Internet ad campaigns, provide advertisers with an increased return on their advertising
expenditures and enhance the value of Internet ad space available on its network of third-party and wholly owned websites.
Competitors:
We have not yet found anyone inclusively offering the same services and standards however, Integraclick.com, ValueClick.com, Ad-ID.com
and yellowpages.com each provide a portion of the security model, product features and accounting methods
somewhat consistent with New Horizons business model and pricing. NHA has set objective standards of integrity that will not be compromised.

Through a combination of performance-based pricing, advanced targeting capabilities, rigorous network quality control and an
integrated product line (CPM, CPC, CPA, Email, adserving
and click fraud forensics), New Horizons
provides marketers with a highly
cost-effective method of attracting
targeted, high-quality customers. For
website publishers of all sizes, New
Horizons offers the ability to create reliable new revenue opportunities
from their advertising inventory. Our CPUV software is designed to combat against the advertisers being incorrectly charged for fraudulent clicks, and will help to
reduce overall cost of online advertising. Further more we are developing a cryptology and tracking method to enable surfers to determine the legitimacy of an ad
placement that is visible and stamped verified thus creating a more trusting environment. We believe this will create a larger click through rate as the integrity
seal will instill confidence in the advertiser being presented with a seal of approval and rating mechanism.
